The Next Improv Show JAM
The Improv Show's next JAM will be this Thursday, November 1st from 8 pm - 10 pm. It's in the same location as last time, Mac-Brown Hall. For directions, check out the post below!
For those of you who don't know what a jam is, it's an open workshop for the public to come and learn about and participate in improvised theatre with some of the cast from the Show. Price of admission is zero, so come and enjoy.

The Improv Show is hosting its second "Improv Jam", an open workshop for the public to come and learn about and participate in improvised theatre with some of the cast from the Show. We're hosting it on Thursday, September 27th from 7 pm - 9 pm.
Like I already said, the price of admission is "there is no price of admission" and the location is Macgillivray-Brown Hall, a small theatre space at 218 Barrie St. The google map is below.

Jam on your Improv Sandwhich
Starting this year, The Improv Show is going to host monthly "Jams", free open sessions designed for any people of any experience level interested in doing improv. Our first will be this Tuesday, August 24, 2007 from 7 pm - 9 pm. We're meeting in the upper level of the JDUC (near the couches) at University and Union. If you don't know where this is, or have other questions, contact Dustin: dustin.freeman@gmail.com

We've had some interest in running paid workshops for from-the-beginning training in improvisation. Improv training is useful in many circles - not just theatre. It helps with spontaneity, confidence, creativity and public speaking. Let us know if you're interested!
